Liked: The locations is very good.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn’t worked, it was cold in the room. We changed room because the bathroom door didn’t close. We had to inform the staff twice and only the second day they told us to change room. The other thing that i find very wrong is not specifying that you have to leave 50 euro per person for every night you stay as a deposit. This isn’t written in any place. I had to leave 600 euro deposit and the minibar is empty so every time i ordered i had to pay 7 euro service. It’s not about the money, it’s about knowing the facts before. And the thing that was a disaster was the elevator service. One didn’t worked, another had problems, and i had to wait sometime 20 minutes to get the elevator because i was with child and stroller
