I have made a mental note never to stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Reception.
Disliked: No toilet paper holder; one towel for 2 people; slow service when requested.

I loved the workout facility, beautiful roof top pool and patio. It was great for our stay and good walking distance to stores and the park we ran our half marathon in.

Liked: Employees were very helpful and kind, especially Erica who was there at our check in and check out.
Disliked: Parking seemed high - paid $50.00. However the other amenities balanced it out.

Have to say it was great except for the people that wander into the lobby and sat right down with us begging for money. That happened a couple times at night when no one was on duty in the lobby.

Liked: LOVE Ray and his shuttle - took us everywhere for FREE and told us so much history about the Town!
Disliked: At night no one is on duty in the lobby and homeless people came in and sat down with us and asked for money.

Liked: The room was big & clean. The staff & service was great. They offered early check-in bcz we arrived a bit early. The location is within walking distances from parks, museums and great restaurants.
Disliked: 3 issues we had - 1) The rooms almost have no sound insulation whatsoever. Been close to a busy street there's a constant stream of traffic and you can hear EVERYTHING in the room. If someone walks in the hallway or is talking or opening the door of another room it almost feels like they are trying to enter your room because it's so loud. 2) The bathroom had a stand-in shower with a glass door & glass partition. The partition glass was loose from its fittings which seemed dangerous.3) The bath towels were clean But one of them looked as if a dog chewed it way through it with threads hanging out of it on all sides. A Rag looks less raggedy.

Disliked: -coffee & milk in the room was not replaced every day, I had to ask multiple times -beds were made daily but my sink& bathroom was not cleaned throughout the whole stay (5 nights)-the cleaning staff on my floor were really noisy,banging doors from early morning until afternoon

Pillows suck, fee, and tax...

Liked: The staff was great . Pillows were terriable. And the extra charge for parking sucks. How many different taxes and fees added to the room are ridiculous. Chicago needsnsome new.leaders.. I dont like waiting for the incidental fee to be returned it should happen right away..
