I have made a mental note never to stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Reception.
Disliked: No toilet paper holder; one towel for 2 people; slow service when requested.

I loved the workout facility, beautiful roof top pool and patio. It was great for our stay and good walking distance to stores and the park we ran our half marathon in.

Liked: Employees were very helpful and kind, especially Erica who was there at our check in and check out.
Disliked: Parking seemed high - paid $50.00. However the other amenities balanced it out.

Have to say it was great except for the people that wander into the lobby and sat right down with us begging for money. That happened a couple times at night when no one was on duty in the lobby.

Liked: LOVE Ray and his shuttle - took us everywhere for FREE and told us so much history about the Town!
Disliked: At night no one is on duty in the lobby and homeless people came in and sat down with us and asked for money.

Disliked: the walls are very thin, i could hear everything out in the hallway. Also the room service is very confusing. I highly suggest you do not order it at all.

Liked: Prime location and friendly staff. This hotel is all you need for a trip to Chicago as a solo traveller or small group. The room is very comfortable and just spacious enough for 2.

Disliked: Couldn't find the remote control but that was it. Enjoyed my stay
