Disliked: Being assigned a room that was occupied... the no hand soap in the bathroom. .. the mini fridge that wasn't turned on... the Luke warm shower

Liked: Very clean very well, interactive with the customers helped with every possible and very attentive
Disliked: That you cannot take your breakfast up to your room if you choose not to eat in the dining room in the morning, my husband was asleep so I was not able to bring him breakfast from the dining room

Liked: My view from my room was beautiful and the room was great and clean! The bed was chefs kiss.
Disliked: The drink menu in my room wasn’t up to date and much more expensive.

Liked: Staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The lobby is beautiful, but we went to 2 rooms and both were extremely musty, one had mold on the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling, second room was musty , bed squeaked when you moved and pleather was pealing. But I didn't feel like going back down to the lobby again and just sucked it up. I honestly will never stay here again. Staff was very awesome though.
