Liked: Location and the front desk staff were excellent and friendly.
Disliked: I encountered serious cleanliness and maintenance issues that I feel require immediate attention. The morning of my checkout I discovered multiple bloodstains on the curtains in my room. This was extremely unsettling, especially because my luggage had been resting against the stained area unknowingly, forcing me to discard it as a precaution. The presence of what appears to be biological stains poses a serious sanitation and health risk, and it is deeply concerning that they had not been addressed prior to my stay. Additionally, the shower was clogged and did not drain properly throughout my stay, making for a very uncomfortable experience. Had I noticed these issues upon arrival, I would have immediately requested a different room. However, since they were only discovered the morning of my checkout, I reported them to the front desk, and they provided me with an email address. It did not work. I also have photos. This experience fell far below the standards I expect from Le Meridien property, and I wanted to bring it to your attention in the hope that this matter can be addressed appropriately.

For a Meridien Hotel this...

Liked: I chose this hotel for the location. Right across the street from the aquatic center where my son was swimming. The beds were comfortable. The parking was convenient. Easy in and out of the lot.
Disliked: There were a few issues with the room. High pitched whistling noise in the HVAC woke us up around midnight. The battery in the in house phone receiver was dead so I had to walk down to the desk to alert someone. Issue was resolved the following day. Body wash pump did not work in the shower. It was resolved the next day. However, the conditioner bottle fell off the wall. Bathroom was tiny. Toilet sprayed out water when flushed. Maintenance did work on it. We never had any maid service. I was told I had to request it. I requested it and it never came. I finally asked for fresh towels and took out the trash myself. Finally, a convention of competitive dancers (I think) arrived on the weekend and took over the entirety of the hotel. They were camped out on every inch of floor space in the lobbies and on every couch and seating area. Hotel did not have a restaurant or room service to my knowledge. Had to walk to the Sheraton for restaurant. Will not stay here again despite primo location to pool.
