Liked: The breakfast was lacking. I had the American breakfast. It didn't include a fruit or yogurt. I was only given one small container of jelly for my toast.
Disliked: The night before my departure, I requested a wakeup call at 7 am. The night attendant put in my request. However, the wakeup call phone call went off at 6 am instead of at 7 am as I requested!

Disliked: DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE BODIED. NO VALET OR ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND First, the hotel has a very strange self check in process- you pull up and there's not a soul to be found- You have to go in the abandoned anti-lobby, take the elevator up by yourself. No help with luggage, no carts. When we got to the lobby after lugging everything up, the staff was unhelpful. Then we had to "find" the parking- the parking below was closed- we had to go back down park in the next door condos- there were multiple elevators and stairs involved- which was terrible as we still had some luggage. When we checked in- We upgraded to a King room online and when we got there they had no info on that so we had to switch, thankfully they accommodated us. The room itself was great and comfortable. We had to call for bedding for the sofa- there was nothing in the closets. King suite with a sofa bed in living room, which we needed. Hotel IS OUTDATED AND NEEDS UPGRADE.

Liked: the breakfast was terrible, the potato pancake tasted like old rancid sunflower oil that had been used many times, there were bits of soot on top from the frying pan. The sausages were burnt on the edges and the eggs were also overcooked and tasted like old rancid oil. It was the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. The location of the hotel is very convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. Receptionist didn’t give me a voucher for the breakfast included to the cost of accommodation in the hotel when I checked in and I needed to go from the restaurant and ask another receptionist about this voucher.
