Cozy and small space in...

Liked: Very pleasant and helpful staff. They had phone issues one of the days when we needed some help and when we finally reached them by walking to the office, it was late in the day and they were no longer able to clean the room. The rooms are very small but cozy. The heater works well but it is very dated so make sure you keep all your belongings away from it or they will get burnt. We had some questionable guests around our room one of the nights who were quite loud and did not stop the noise even after being asked to very nicely. Our room looked recently renovated so that was a bonus. However, there were critters in the walls which made for an interesting couple of nights. When owner was informed, she did not offer any discounts or support even though the scratching noise impacted our sleep. Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We had a issue with our fridge the first night which was replaced quickly the following day to a much smaller fridge but it was good to have something. Motel is located on a fairly quiet street across a beautiful body of water.
Disliked: Rodent noise in wallsOther occupants being very loud Hard to reach owners one of the days so did not have room cleaned during our 3 day stay

Liked: Huge screen TV with all the special channels such as Netflix. Winter but warm, quiet room with a sunset view. All the necessary amenities including mugs and glasses.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a bedside lamp but the TV was enough low light.
