Excellent customer service, outstanding location

Liked: The staff here was excellent - outstanding customer service. They really took care to meet customer needs. The location was great - close to the Metro and lots of shops and dining (and the Opera house) . The breakfast was vegan friendly with lots of nice healthy options.
Disliked: The breakfast area was a little cramped.

Superb

Great place to stay!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location - both very central but also very quiet. Nice breakfast and very nice lobby/sitting area.

Liked: Breakfast. Was perfect . Great variety
Disliked: Nothing all good Although didn’t give us extra tea bags in room for following 2 nights stay ! Then said we had to pay for them when I asked for one downstairs!

Liked: We particularly appreciated the excellent welcome and assistance from the staff at the reception desk.We also liked the quality and choice at the breakfast, as well as the availability of newspapers and magazines in English and French. The hotel is very well located.
Disliked: We were shocked to be locked out of the hotel when we returned shortly after midnight. The front door was locked and there was no one at the reception desk to let us in - although we rang the bell, we needed to wait over 10 minutes before the staff came to open the door. An unexpected and very unpleasant experience on a cold winter's night.We were also unpleasantly surprised that one morning the staff started to clear away the breakfast items much earlier than the stated breakfast availability end time.
