Disliked: Absolutely unacceptable experience.The staff were blatantly racist towards Arabs and shockingly unhelpful. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The hotel is filthy, outdated, and in serious need of renovation. I strongly advise against staying here — it’s one of the worst places I’ve ever encountered.

Good choice for a business...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The hotel accommodated my request for a room facing the rear - these are the „deluxe“ rooms and quieter than the „superior“ rooms facing the street. The person who checked me in and out was very nice. The location near the Louise subway stop is very convenient (just a few stops from the Midi train station).
Disliked: While the website states that „superior“ rooms face either the garden or the street it seems that these mostly face the street - if you want a view you may prefer this but I prefer the quiet side of the building. The building is modern and has a high standard (ex-Sofitel) but has no particular charm.

Disliked: There is a persistent bad smell when you enter the ground floor (not at all in the rooms) they should fix it.
