Beautiful trip to Paris.

Liked: Very clean room.Good shower Good location

HORRIBLE HOTEL WITH RUDE, AGGRESSIVE...

Disliked: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!There is a reason why they have a cheaper rate because customer service is HORRIBLE here. We have asked iron which they didnt have and when we went down to clarify, the receptionist PHYSICALLY ATTACKED us.They have non professional reception front who work there temporarily and have no clue about facilities etc.Location is also far away from everywhere unless you take a metro.

Liked: Rooms were very comfortable and modern. Location was okay. Most of the staff were friendly
Disliked: I didn’t like that a preauthorisation fee was taken prior to my stay (which is fine) however when I queried this I was told that was my booking paid for however the girl continued to take more money from my account and I still haven’t been refunded which added a lot of stress to my trip.
