Liked: The bed pods in the dorms are really great; they offer a lot of privacy in an otherwise shared space. The locks have a lot of space (I used two suitcases and they fit with space to spare). The lighting in the room was very good, as well as the location — very convenient for taking the train or trams. There was a shower and a toilet exclusive to the room.
Disliked: The toilet was isolated from the shower and sink; literally two separate rooms, so it felt a bit weird to cross the bedroom to wash hands. By far the worst is that the doors to both rooms had problems: the "toilet room"'s door was off the hinges so it wouldn't close, thus really awkward to use the room; the door to the "shower room" had some problem with the door handle and it also wouldn't close.

Liked: The bed, storage lockers and room are huge. There's also individual lighting and charging cable. It's pretty clean and because it's a student residence, there's coin laundry in the building itself. The staff are kind and they could help you store your luggage after checking out too. The menu in the hostel is affordable for students.The location is amazing. Close proximity to the train station and the centre-ville.
Disliked: There's a bathroom and a toilet inside the room, but both of them could not be closed, the doors are broken. Thankfully, there's a communal bath and toilet at the lobby. I took a shower there when there's people in the room. Affect nothing much but you'll need to dress your bed when you arrive

Nice stay for fair price,...

Liked: Good location, renovated and nicely made. The breakfast is nice.
Disliked: The facilities were not super clean, the bed sheets didn’t fit duvet and there was no sheet for the mattress. The toilet seems to have amplifier cause everything can be heard. The shower has either boiling water or cold. The breakfast is nice but a bit expensive.

Liked: It could be a good hostel, there are all facilities but the management is very poor
Disliked: - Value for money - very strange bed design so if you are on upper deck you risk to fall or break your legbroken facilities- no kitchen- very rude receptionist, no information given - limited check in time and wrong information about check out time (not till midnight as it is written in booking bit till 11h am)- No place to leave your luggage and again VERY AGRESSIVE receptionist!

Disappointing and dirty

Disliked: The beds were disgusting and not clean. There were bloodstains in the bed and on the blanket and garbage around the bed.There is no common space to get to know the other people in the hostel.I needed to work a bit, but there is no table in the room. I asked to use the co-working space but was not allowed to use it because someone reserved it for the next day (not for the time that I would have needed it for my meeting).

Disliked: The staff who worked on the day of my arrival (Oct 5th) left me vastly disappointed especially for the price I paid for one night. I arrived and wanted to check in, gave my surname to check in the system. Then I was accused of booking a bed in women dormitory. I asked whether it was a mistake from my side picking up the phone to check on the app. It turned out that I did everything correctly. I showed the correct information to the staff but no apologies followed. If a person falsely blame someone without having any justification I would expect some sort of respect and apologies. Nothing of that happened.Later during the check in process I asked a few questions about payment and all the replies were short and composed in rude form.When the check in was done, the staff and I went to the room. The staff was sneezing and coughing all the time though. If you are sick then you have to stay home and not spread the virus.After a long trip on that day to the destination I didn’t wear my contact lenses. When we approached the room I didn’t figure out instantly what side to put the pass into the door locker. The staff sighed loudly then grabbed the card from my hands and opened the door. When we enter the room she realized that my bed wasn’t done. After a few minutes I was given a pile clean sheets to make my bed myself. I didn’t know it by then, but afterwards I asked my roommates if it was common practice to make your bed by yourself. The answer was NO. So once again the hospitality was below my expectations.I claim that the staff on that day was awful and behaved in rude manner all the time. My experience was spoiled by the staff and some actions should be followed. I am not used to make such complaints every now and then and always stay positive taking into account that everyone might have a bad day but it was something I haven’t experienced in 7-8years of my extense travelling.
