Exceptional

Liked: A good location, specious and clean room and comfortable bed. Coffee machine in the room. Delicious breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. Close to the metro.
Disliked: The only issue is that a couple of streets away there is not a very tourist-friendly area- in particular Strasburg Boulevard metro. We didn't feel safe as is littered with groups of young African males hanging around on the street and being very loud. There was very little police presence.

Liked: De Location can´t be better (max 10min walking from Gare de l´Est) and close to the Metro stations. Room was nice, big and clean. The bed was really comfy. The Bad was big and the shower was warm and with pressure. The breakfast ist the best and the personal there can´t be more friendly.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Liked: Absolutely perfect place to explore Paris - we were with the Family for 3 nights and basically walked everywhere, but there is a metro station close by. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, but there are some great places to eat nearby. Excellent comfortable bed and coffee/tea station in the room.

Liked: The very comfy bed and showers were superb. Coffee pods in rooms. And quiet.
Disliked: Struggling to think of anything negative.

Practical hotel in good location.

Liked: Off the road. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff mainly friendly (except Barman who refused to make tea, unlike his colleague)
Disliked: Noise in courtyard at night. Smell in corridor in 2nd floor. 206 bath shower didn’t work well. No food in communal areas when restaurant was closed on Sunday is disappointing. 1 lift out of action all stay and roof terrace disappointing
