Very good choise!

Liked: 1. We received a high level of services during our stay ( a clean and quiet room, qualified and very helpful employees, very good brakfast).2 Location is a very nice trendy and safe neighborhood with loads of bars and restaurants (ask the recetionists,they are very helpful)3. Good connection with (almost) all areas of the huge city, with metro or bus.

Liked: Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Superb breakfast of hot and cold options.
Disliked: Bar closed.

It was an outstanding experience...

Liked: The place is close by different metro stations, cafes, grocery stores and laundries . The lady at the reception was super helpful and friendly she recommended couple of places to go to and spend some good time during Christmas day ♥️
Disliked: The room safety alarm was sensitive to the steam coming from the bathroom

Delightful stay

Liked: Excellent location for exploring Canal St Martin and close to the many shops, bars etc. The entire team are super helpful and friendly and speak brilliant English. The room was compact, but had everything - small espresso machine, tea making and water - en-suite excellent size.
Disliked: Nothing too major - our safe didn’t work and we never managed to get it fixed.

Disliked: Rooms are loud and noisy as there’s a big outdoors restaurant In the middle of the square. Asked for a different room but it wasn’t possible. Beds are short.. can add shower cups and body lotion.Room is small for two people with wardrobe space only for one

Comfortable stay but beware if...

Liked: Room was very comfortable
Disliked: The courtyard was very noisy the second night until around 11.30pm. Also whilst I received gluten free bread for breakfast I wasn't really sure that the staff knew what did and did not have gluten in it when I asked.
