Liked: The check-in process was very simple and the hotel provided a detailed overview of how to access the room. The room itself was a good size with a large, comfortable bed and one small single bed. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was literally in front of an access to the Palavas-les-Flots beach; which was less than a 2-minute walk.
Disliked: The room cleaning needs to be improved, as there were instances of dust accumulation on the doors, the top and within the shelf on the inside of the clothes wardrobe; on top of the light fixture in the bathroom; and just above the bathroom door threshold. An extra couple of minutes would have easily contributed to the room being spotless.

Liked: Parking outside the hotel was great. The room was okay but next to the main road.
Disliked: The picture on the website of the accommodation, to my mind did not live up to my expectations. The area is heavily populated and a bit down trodden.

A Horrible Experience

Disliked: My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable. Here are the key issues I faced:1.Room Odor: The room had a horrible smell that persisted even after opening the window. It was so bad that I struggled to breathe.2.Cancellation Policy: Immediately after visiting the room, I requested a cancellation due to the unbearable odor. The owner refused to accept any form of cancellation and didn’t even inquire about the issue. This makes me suspect that other guests have had similar experiences.3.Noise and Location: Despite the view of the sea, the hotel is located on a roundabout in the second line. The constant noise from cars, buses, and motorcycles throughout the day and night was unbearable. Additionally, groups of people gathered in front of the hotel at night, making it impossible to sleep.4.Rude Administrator: The administrator was extremely rude, which made the atmosphere even more unwelcoming.5.Thin Walls: The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which further disrupted my rest.6.Unexplained Charges: We were charged an additional 60 euros without any prior notification or explanation. I suspect this might have been for city tax, but a courtesy explanation would have been appreciated.7.Tiny Bathroom: The bathroom was extremely small, and it was difficult to move in the shower without hitting myself.8.Parking Issues: There are three dedicated parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they were always occupied. Parking behind the hotel is available, but it costs a flat fee of 8.5 euros, and finding a spot is a matter of luck.I left earlier than planned due to these issues. Overall, this was a horrible place, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
