Great overnight stay

Liked: Great location for train station and multiple restaurants in vicinity.

Superb

Liked: There were many options for breakfast and it was delicious. Transportation was very convenient as the hotel was within walking distance of the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There should have been a kettle and coffee and tea in the hotel room.

Very Good Breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was very good and there was a terrace. The beds were comfortable. The location was central to the city of Strasbourg which was very picturesque.
Disliked: It was very hot in the room. No fridge.

Disliked: No jug or fridge in room,the excuse of Ecco friendly is just so much green wash (bullshit).The so called coffee house in your foyer was also bullshit , just a pay for coffee machine.Dont insult your customers!In 3 months of touring Europe your the only hotel with this cheap approach.

Liked: Looks brand new and is very well cared for. Breakfasts were great and beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Our corner room was on the second floor had lots of street noise.

Liked: The location is great. Breakfast was nice, but the space was quite too busy in rush hour around 9am. The staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: There is no adequate heating, only via A/C which does not work properly. So, the room was just cold; we were offered an electric heater, which made it somewhat better, but this not what one might expect from a hotel of 150+€ per night. Apparently, this was not just a one-time issue, but they have a systemic problem. Which is a pity, because otherwise the hotel would be quite perfect.
