Liked: Big room
Disliked: Dated decor and amenities. Terrible shower, very little hot water…. Turned cold mid shower, shower head was awful, NO water pressure, TV remote didn’t work and when we told the front desk, the girl shrugged… that’s it. Couldn’t stream shows…. And the front desk told us we couldn’t stream shows. Paper thin walls… could hear people walking by, shutting doors…. Almost no parking. Terrible….. stayed elsewhere in Baie Comeau the next night, and it was cheaper and 1000% better.

Not as expected

Liked: Bathroom is clean and new. There's enough coffee, fridge and microwace in the room .
Disliked: We stayed in October and checked in late. There was street party right in front of hotel so we could not find it at first. We tried calling but nobody picked up the phone. When we finally found the hotel there was party in the pub right inside the main hotel building and we were told the parking is about 1 minute away from hotel (free public parking) - this situation made us uncomforatble specially we have a kid staying with us. Good thing the room we stayed in (although in the basement) is far from the party area and quite. But since it is not what we expected as per the hotel 4 star rating, and the rates - we were really uncomfortable. Good thing the room is neat and the beds were decent. We woke up earlier than we usually would staying in a hotel especially it was out last stop after 1 week of travelling. It may be is good option for young groups but definetly not for family with kids.

Liked: Location was excellent. Close to ferry and food.
Disliked: Room was below ground level, very few outlets. Only a single lamp by bed. WiFi was weak.

Disliked: look of the hotel, parking questionable, choice of restaurants, no elevators for seniors, etc.
