Delightful on first visit disappointing...

Liked: The location is very central and convenient when we stayed the first two days they upgraded us to a bigger room with a balcony and it was very successful
Disliked: A lot of homeless people in the area and the feeling is not pleasant. In addition, the second time we arrived (after two days) we got a standard room (as we ordered) and it was very small and disappointing

Very poor management. Very poor...

Liked: I was moved into a different room for the second night that was very nice.
Disliked: My initial room was a handicap room on the top (4th) floor. It had a wet bathroom with shower and toilet in same room. No shower curtain isolated the shower from the rest of the room. After my shower the toilet paper, the tissues, all of the fresh towels in the room (except for the bath towels) and the toilet were soaking wet. The bath towels were dry because they were on a shelf HIGH ABOVE the toilet. How could a wheelchair person reach those towels? I lowered the assist bar for the shower to hang some towels and the mounting for the bar pulled out of the wall!!!. I went to hang a towel on a folding towel hanger and it fell off in my hand. The sink had a water spout without any aeration that spashed so badly
