Liked: check in was smooth, staff were very helpful and friendly, room was beautiful, great consideration for one of my teens who had a nut allergy, food was amazing in restaurant for breakfast.
Disliked: not enough towels in my room, noticed that my floor could have been vacuumed more, we didn't have house keeping come clean my room during the day

Liked: This is not our first stay at the Germain, its just wonderful we love everything about the stay. During the evening when we are out for supper the staff come and make our room cozy for the night, they close the electric blinds, bring water and tea cups and open the bed sheets. We love the
Disliked: Everything as pretty much always great, maybe that the hotel bar/restaurant closes at 11h00pm. So we miss our night cap if our shows finish later.

Liked: The staff is friendly. Comfortable room, stylish. The location of the hotel is convenient.I only tried the breakfast, I was satisfied. There is a tank of free water on the floor, but it would be better if a few bottles were free in the room.
Disliked: No slippers, this is necessary because the floors in the room are not very clean, there was some dust and other people's hair. And it would be nice to change the hairdryers to more modern and powerful ones.

Liked: very close to the canal that is why we picked your hotel. We had a blast skating Saturday and Sunday.
Disliked: I wish all the rooms had 2 regular size beds in them. Not a pull out couch.
