Liked: Nothing to like tbh ,
Disliked: Price for this location and hotel is overpriced!!!! Rating of the score on this site is fake !!!!!You can add 300 euro and stay in much better hotel with in the Centre of Paris with all services !!!The hotel looks like nobody wants to invest in this property and everything is slowly damaging and getting old !!!! I booked this hotel by mistake while I was doing fake booking for my Schengen visa in 2024. When I realized that dummy booking was not for free this properly deducted already amount !!!After couple of calls to the website booking.com and hotel itself they refused to refund the money !!! Front desk stuff used to use the excuse we need to talk to the manager Mr Karraz. We tried to reached him and of course he didn’t pick up the phone ignoring me !!!!so I decided to keep booking based on reviews and visit them, when I’m in Paris !!!! after visit this hotel I realized why they don’t want to refund the money !!! The worse hotel I ever been in Paris !!! With this amount of money and what they are offer it’s disaster !!! Overpriced hotel with beautiful pics on this website and I can see how they are taking care of feedbacks on this website to create this image !!! Everything is so old in this hotel ,there are no plugs even in the room I understand if price would correspond to this hotel , but they charged by the same price as if im staying in any Saint Honoré hotel with good services!! I stayed there one night cause even the bed was sagging downwards . Pack my luggage and left this hotel next morning !!!! And for the same price I booked amazing hotel next to Samaritaine on saint honore !!! I mentioning this for you to understand the difference and level !!! Also I paid city tax for 5 nights staying and of course even this they didn’t want to refund!!!!!

Disliked: Extremely poor treatment from staff over the city tax payment - I was told by Booking.com explicitly that it's been prepaid, along with room costs. However, the staff at check-in kept me in reception area for almost 2 hours while they attempt to contact Booking.comOnly when another staff came in to change shift was I heard and "allowed" to receive room key and offered a drink. However, by then I was physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted and couldn't go out and fulfill my dinner plans as intended. It was extremely unprofessional and ridiculous treatment. I don't understand why the matter had to be resolved right in that moment. They could've taken their time to communicate with Booking.com and asked me to pay before check out. It ruined my first night, after long 14 hour day of travels. I wanted positives memories for my milestone birthday trip and this hotel spoiled it, right off the bat.The bed was uncomfortable. Street noise and loud neighbours forced me to wear earplugs to bed.
