Liked: Lots. Nice room, good breakfast friendly staff.
Disliked: I was disappointed that I had to pay extra for parking and that on the breakfast did not start until 9am on the Sunday that I was travelling.

A very pleasant, and convenient...

Liked: Very pleasant couple of night's staying with friends while visiting Arras.The staff we met were friendly and engaging and the patron could not have been more helpful.Our rooms were clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable, with all the anticipated amenities.Off street parking in the small courtyard was a bonus for such a centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the central squares, shops, markets, restaurants and bars. Would happily recommend and return.

Exceptional

A mistake, but we would...

Liked: Arras is an attractive town and the hotel has a good location, tucked away from the road in a quiet courtyard. It is just around the corner from the station, and next time (it is not far from our home in Canterbury) we would walk rather than get a taxi.
Disliked: I hesitate to anwer this, as unfortunately we did not get to stay in the room we had booked. When we arrived, we were told that we could not have the (upstairs) room, as I have walking difficulties and a heavy suitcase, and there was no lift.The proprietor gave us a downstairs room, but it had a double bed , not a twin. We put pillows down the middle, and against all the odds managed to sleep quite well.The room had a shower (not a very nice one) but the toilet was part of a large adjoining room, some distance away.Breakfast was adequate, though unexceptional.
