Good

Liked: The room was very comfortable, modern and clean. Check-in is somewhat cumbersome as there is not person on site. Only a written note on the front door with instructions in French with a phone number that goes unanswered. But the facility is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The lack of communication. We had asked if a earlier check-in was available and received a reply back that it was approved. However, when we showed up there was no one there. We tried to communicate through the booking.com app but the owners never did reply. I have always found the app to be an effective way to communicate, even with different languages being used, but not in this case.

An excellent hotel, ideal for...

Liked: Comfortable, clean, great shower, very well located in the centre of Arras and convenient off-street paid parking.
Disliked: It was all good.

Small friendly hotel near to...

Liked: The rooms were warm and clean.We stayed at a very quiet time and were the only guests for a while so hard to rate, but the time we had was enjoyable. The hotel has a friendly, homely feel about it.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic but sufficient

Liked: We stayed for one night on our way back from holiday in Brittany. Clean rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast. Parking on site was fine, although not very spacious. Restaurant next door perfect for quick meal after arrival.
Disliked: No elevator can be challenge for those with disabilities

Overall a good stay but...

Liked: The parking area close by and the reception on arrival was friendly and easy.
Disliked: We have stayed before and we felt the room we had was of poorer quality than before. Cleanliness was not as good as before and the room was cold and heating was not available. Very dissapointing!
