Liked: Nice looking property in nice grounds
Disliked: We were disappointed with the room when we were first shown as it was extremely small. A young man kindly moved us to a better room. We were not shown where the bar was nor offered a drink. We ate out for dinner as the restaurant was closed. The breakfast in the morning was overpriced for what we were given and only apple juice available- very poor value for money. There was no atmosphere and we appeared to be the only guests.

The complete calm of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. Their concept was a revelation to us.

Liked: We liked their concept to have complete disconnection from Wi-Fi services, having all mobile phones on airplane mode and limiting internet use to certain areas of the hotel grounds or using the connection provided. We loved the beautiful garden, the garden walks and the peace and tranquility we found in the hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately on Monday evening when we stayed the kitchen was closed and evening meals were unavailable.

Liked: Beautiful location, very quiet. Although the restaurant wasnt open we were able to have a very delicious set meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wi-Fi isnt available but you are able to connect to the internet (if you choose to!)
