Liked: I like that it was close to a lot of restaurants, cafes and the mall. It's also close to the subway station for those who need to take transit. The rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful to all the guests.

Disliked: One of the staff at reception was very unprofessional, which I would blame the management for this. She was a young lady, probably inexperienced. But I have requested a late check out at the time of reservation but received a message saying at time of check out we will see. So on the morning I asked the receptionist and they simply replied back text book reply. Not even let me check with management or let me see our occupancy status. The place very spacious and clean but this issue made me not coming back.

Disliked: One of the staff members was quite rude when we checked in.The room we were assigned was near the cleaning room, so the noise started at 6:00 AM and continued until around 9:00 PM. The cleaning staff would often slam the door loudly.
