Liked: The staff was very responsive, kind, and helpful.Reasonably located walking distance from main area for those wanting visit city center.
Disliked: Wasn’t as clean and tidy as it should be.Lacks space (very tight) in terms of room and bathroom size or design.

our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Liked: The staff. Delicious breakfasts . Comfortable bed. Close to the village and Christmas markets.
Disliked: Parking and getting in and out was challenging. But good to have under cover parking.

Liked: Wonderful hotel with a great location right next to the old town. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket and many restaurants. The hotel has covered parking. We didn't use the breakfast and can't rate it. The room was very clean and cozy, had a balcony with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, including taking our luggage down as the lift was not working.

Liked: It's a really cozy place, the rooms in the courtyard are really quiet, and just in front of the hotel there's a lively street of the city centre full of nice shops and eateries.
Disliked: The parking lot is a little cramped, but worth it, considering the position.
