Disliked: No body at the desk. It’s all virtual. You have to text or email to reach someone. We had an issue with getting heat in our room. Had to ask each day of 3 to turn heat up. Room was very dark. And there isn’t any elevator so you must be in good shape to do all the stairs with luggage.

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: No one to greet you and disorganized check in process. They were unable to retrieve my reservation and the phone and wanted to shift me to a different location. Very unsettling. Eventually got it worked out but I had already went to the new location and the was called back to original.

Lovely location

Liked: Excellent location. The fact that I don't have to disturb someone for toiletries etc and can take them myself. Lobby access code, room access code and wifi details were sent in a day in advance and even though there was no one at the reception, they were prompt in answering any questions we had. Location yet again. Charming clean and safe place.
Disliked: Nothing personally to dislike

Liked: Loved the top floor room. Very quiet and comfortable with a nice bathtub.

Liked: This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Last time was 7 years ago in 2017. The location is perfect, convenient to reach anywhere in old town. The room is classy and comfortable.
Disliked: I have never encountered the front-desk staff, unlike a normal hotel.

Comfortable except for issues mentioned...

Liked: Great location near old Quebec City. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: Internet in room 18 was very poor in the bedroom. Had to go into the sitting room or out into the common area to get decent service. Also the room phone did not work. Reported both of these to the staff through texts. No improvement to the Internet by the time we left, and phone was not fixed or replaced. It is a bit annoying not to have anyone on site to talk to. All contract initially has to be done virtually.
