Amazing place in quiet zone...

Really nice stay!

Liked: The hosts Nicole and Monsieur Chef were really lovely, friendly, helpful and very hard working. The instructions that were sent prior to arrival, were pretty clear. Just for clarification the left button is the button on the remote on the keys to open the gate! The accomodation is shared like a typical B&B but just a little on the small side, as they have only 2 rooms. The residence is quite high up, so really nice but restricted views from the terrace. The common areas, such as the lounge and terrace. The kitchen is for private use only however, we were permitted to use the microwave, fridge and bins. Request for 2 extra pillows were provided, as requested. The rooms were clean and very functunal, a little on the small side... with not much space to move arround. The vanity area, shower and toilet is a sufficient space. The toilet could be a bit bigger! Basic toiletries were provided. Not too keen on the towels, I think they need a change...they've been used too much! There is no space to dry your personal items. The rooms are not soundproof, as the accomdation is purposely built, so stud walls! They have AC, which we did not need to use. The breakfast was lovely, enough for my husband and I, as we are not big eaters. Some may find it less, regards to the options. They provide a variety of tea (including in the room), milk, yogurts, fruits, cereal (which I didn't like but that's my taste), bread, butter, coffee and homemade jams.. which were delicious. The ambience was really sweet, music playing in the background and the setting of the breakfast table with name. Overall, we had a really nice stay and would stay if we come back to Marseille.
Disliked: Nothing to do with the residence or hosts....the driving lanes leading up to or around the property are not sufficent for big cars. The minimum width is approx 2 meters, if you have a bigger vehicle..I would not suggest this property!

Liked: Location is very special. View over Marseilles roofs. I loved that it was outside of the center, because I wanted to relax. Booked last minute and I got all the info via message and also an recommendation for a parking space in the city for my next day (it was great!). I loved that she played classical music for breakfast, what a wonderful way to wake up in the morning and enjoy the start of my day. The pain au chocolates and the self made Marmelade very delicious! They really put effort in making your stay wonderful. There is also a water cooker and tea in the room. I had the room that starts with G. and it was absolutely lovely. I could have not asked for more. Also the garden and the smell of location were wonderful. I’d would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely stay outside the city

Liked: Rooms are clean.Breakfast is good.The hosts are very nice & friendly
Disliked: The room is small and congested, so very little space to open the luggage.The location is a bit far from the city centre, around 30 mins drive.

Liked: The breakfast was outstandig. The owners of the property were very considerate and polite.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain :)

Exceptional

We had a lovely stay...

Liked: Air conditioning, use of the fridge and the very clean and well appointed room with an excellent bed. Breakfast was delicious and beautiful.
Disliked: The WiFi was not the best and the general public area had an odd layout and feel to it. Out of date books and a sad looking couch. There were bugs in there, several dead ones that we saw. Our room was spotless, however. The walls were paper thin, though.

Loved our stay here. Comfortable...

Liked: A lovely location although a few narrow streets to get there. A 1.5kms walk to the bus into town. The room was very comfortable and everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Disliked: Wifi was ok but not always working well.
