Liked: The location was strategic - good enough place
Disliked: The picture looked much more luxurious and appealing than the reality.In fact there are no staff at all in the hotel which was very surprising to me.Amenities were broken (water of the sink doesn't close, I had to use my tinkering skills to close it each time - the electricity is super weak for example if i use the hairdryer disposed in the room, all the lights dim dramatically and electricity becomes less powerful)Walls are not at all sound proof so we can hear everything happening outside of our room and there was a constant buzz at night in the room that kept me from sleeping.They need to really work on the cleanliness as the room and lobby were not clean.

Liked: The location and view of the room was excellent.
Disliked: The main entrance and staircase weren't really clean. There is no staff at that location everything works with codes.

Great location, terrible bed.

Liked: The location was amazing, the housekeeping was great, the room size was good for a short stay.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. If you sleep on your side you will be very uncomfortable on this bed.

Great winter getaway with family!

Liked: Great location. Step out of the hotel and you are rewarded with the view of the Fairmont hotel and river. Perfect for exploring old Quebec on foot. Price v.s location can't be beat! Will be back in other seasons. To be fair, the description of the hotel clearly stated there are no elevators, no FREE breakfast, so all the complaining about those are just mind-boggling...
Disliked: Other guests didn't clean after themselves after using the kitchen. It's a "self"-catering kitchen!
