Disliked: the receptionist was very unfriendly, super slow, not helpful, very grumpy.he charged me 8 euro per night for the parking unlike they advertized it as free parkinghe also charged my service animal for 10 euro per night, totally illegal.he initially gave me bad smelly smoky room while I had reserved a non-smoking room, he changed it after I complained.the new room didn't have a shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand while I was holding the shower in my hand

Liked: One of the reviews mentioned the rooms were not clean. But the room was very clean. The hotel is a bit outdated but that's not an issue I think.

Liked: Excellent access to Clermont-Ferrand on the cheap and frequent bus service over the road.
Disliked: Appalling attitude of 'Le Patron'. I mistakenly thought the bathroom light wasn't working as the delay on the fluorescent was quite long. He was so put out that I had wasted his time storming off in a huff. I had to remind myself who the customer was. Not the temperament for somebody in such a role. I was furious. If you need help I would recommend approaching a different member of staff.A slight irritant was there was little hot water left when we arrived. Also there was no hook for the shower head; you have to hold it in hand.
