This hotel was perfectly located three blocks from the Via Rail train station and one and a half blocks from the Bell Center. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Liked: The location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: The location was great. The staff and customer service were excellent. And there was no noise issues from surrounding rooms.
Disliked: Would have liked to have the locations of ice and vending machines indicated somewhere. Had to search for them.

Disliked: Elevators were busy and or not all working.

Liked: THE LOCATION. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY.
Disliked: ELEVATOR NOISE IN THE ROOM, SPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHTTIME. THE BODY GEL CONTAINER IN THE SHOWER WAS EMPTY!!!
