This hotel was perfectly located three blocks from the Via Rail train station and one and a half blocks from the Bell Center. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Liked: The location is wonderful! We often stay there if we are going to concerts at the Bell Centre. But I will say we lost 300 dollars because Bruce Springsteen cancelled his concert last year. You would not refund or move the charge so we lost over 300 because we did not come. We booked again with you this year. I feel we are pretty loyal...you should be too....If you would would have moved the cost of last year I still would have come (as I did). You are a rich company....you should show more loyalty to people who are not rich but still stay with you....the staff was outstanding by the way.
