Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Carasse in Mola di Bari, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The owner welcomed us warmly and took the time to share the history of the hotel, the town, and the surrounding area. He really made our stay special.The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. The spa area and especially the pool are extraordinary.While the location is a bit outside of Bari, it turned out to be an asset, offering a more serene and relaxing environment. Plus, the charming neighbouring town of Polignano a Mare is easily reachable, adding to the allure of our stay.If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding hospitality, I cannot recommend Le Carasse highly enough!

Disliked: I would have liked a kettle, tea & coffee in the room. (A British thing 😂)

Liked: I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming.The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly each night. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh and healthy options to choose from. Beautiful small garden.Overall, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The staff and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Nice one-night stay

Liked: Breakfast service only starts at 8 am. We had an early flight, but were able to grab some food and tea shortly before that.
Disliked: Usage of spa only comes with extra charge. Parking difficult in the area.

Good

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and I used the spa facilities which are just gorgeous (albiet expensive). The staff were lovely and as it looks, the space is beautiful
Disliked: without being disrespectful, it's a town not really worth visiting in comparison to so many local locations with so much to see and so much beauty. Travelling solo as woman - it was the least safe I felt on the streets during the day.

Liked: Great staff and comfy rooms - some of the modern lighting and plumbing a little annoying as it did t always work!!

Good for overnight but would...

Liked: Perfect location for a 1 night stay before our morning flight from Bari the next morning. A very boutique, interesting hotel which felt very restful and welcoming.
Disliked: Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design of the hotel but some aspects seem to be style over practicality. For instance we had to walk the length of the corridor upstairs in the dark before the light came on to go down the stairs. We couldn't find any way to activate the light outside our room. Also the shower was confusing to use and in fact in the morning we gave up trying to turn it on! There was also minimal space to leave luggage or unpack anything.
