Liked: The location is very good, right outside a gate to old Quebec, where a lots of restaurants and shops. Charles-Antoine at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From check-in to answering my questions about the area, he went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay. His attention to detail and welcoming attitude truly made a difference for my vacation in Quebec. Thanks again! Liked: Nicely appointed hotel with new designs. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Location is perfect right at the start of Old Quebec area. No on site parking but that is to be expected in that location. Pay for valet parking at $40 per day (+ tax) with in/out privileges. Overall, we were very happy with this choice and I recommend especially if you want to explore Old Quebec.
Disliked: Minor negative is the bathroom did not have exhaust fan. Not sure why, maybe the age of the building (it's a historic building I believe). Bathroom can get a bit steamy after a long shower.

Not up to snuff for...
