Liked: The staff is very professional and kind, even before arriving they called me to explain the services and organize the check in. The location is great to visit Padova, the facilities are very good, with a convenient parking nearby. Amazing spa, a small gym.
Disliked: Nothing, all was great

Centrally Located; Designed For Relaxation

Liked: Excellent location. Luxurious amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Mini bar in the room was an added plus. Easy to reserve time in the spa and the exercise room. The breakfast buffet was very nice. There was also a coffee maker in the room.
Disliked: Nothing. I had an excellent stay.

Nice hotel in the city...

Liked: Location is sensantional. The receptionist gave us an excellent restaurant tip.
Disliked: Our room was rather small

The best hotel in Historic...

Liked: Everything was excellent and especially Alexandrina and Walter at reception and breakfast room.
Disliked: Limited cheese selection at breakfast.

Liked: The location, close to the city centre.
Disliked: The SPA: I was told I can have Spa (including jacuzzi) for 90min per day. In the SPA jacuzzi is only 10min/session.I was told the minibar is for free and will be daily refurbished. It was never! One bottle of water appeared one day. I felt cheated, and I am talking about money.

Charming and cosy

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! At check-in, we were offered an upgrade to what I could call a "flat", not a simple room! Thumbs-up start! The decor was cool and the beds incredibly comfortable! Breakfast, staff, location and vibe all 10 out of 10!
Disliked: We had planned to book a massage session, but they no longer have that service at the guests' disposal, which was sort of a letdown...
