Liked: The spa was lovely, the fact it was a private session made it really relaxing. The staff are super helpful and always on hand for anything you need. The location is also really good, close enough to the station and right by the old town
Disliked: The soundproofing isn't that great, the bathroom flush from the room next door is very loud, especially at night. I was also opposite the main door to the stairs so heard everyone coming and going.

Liked: The location is great - near the railway station and at the heart of the old town. The beds are wide and comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty (including the coffee and the cakes). And the staff are very polite and helpful. Also, the price was most reasonable!
Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel!

Disliked: The soundproofing is extremely bad. We could hear our neighbours using the toilet during the night (it woke us up as it echoed). When they flushed it was extremely noisy. The shower only has water coming from the rain shower with no debit. Very inconvenient.The bathroom is extremely small. The room cleanliness wasn’t good (lots of dust on the heating towel rack in the bathroom or anywhere in the corner and webs of dust coming out of the paintings). Besides that it wasn’t dirty but you could feel and see it was minimally cleaned.

Liked: The spa is amazing - a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. What's not to like. The team are so very welcoming and friendly. The decor is contemporary, and not overpowering, breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was no comfortable chair to sit on when I needed to use my laptop. The room was very small. The street was quite noisy, and there was building works happening right across from my window.
