Liked: The stuff was amazing and very polite
Disliked: The picture of the room versus in reality is completely different. The MC Lounge quality of food was very disappointing. This negative review is because it’s considered a 5 stars hotel but should be quoted less than that.

Charming and cozy hotel with...

Liked: Very cozy feels especially during winter. Nice facilities- heated outdoor jacuzzi, play room for kids, and well equipped gym. Staff were professional and accommodating- shoutout to Bob in the front desk who checked us in at 3am!

Liked: The Staff is very friendlyThe food is very goodThe outdoor pool is simply beautifulThe living lounge is very nice and private
Disliked: The furniture is a little bit old.The parking fee is a rip-off, they hand you over the parking card when you arrive and don’t mention that it’s 20$ per day, during checkout they tell you and they charge you. A full day parking in the city of Quebec would cost you 17$.I shouldn’t be paying parking if i’m paying 400$ per night
