Overall no issues during our...

Liked: Early check in; great location to Metro. Room was quiet even facing street. Free soft drinks and snacks.

Liked: Everything was exceptionally amazing, the room, the size, the location, the facilities, the design and concept, the breakfast, the evening drinks, the staff... and especially Sheridan at the reception.
