Located in Paris's 8th district the brand-new Hotel Le 12 is just a 15-minute walk from Opéra Garnier and the department stores Galeries Lafayettes and Printemps in the Grands Boulevards area. A perfect place to enjoy...

Liked: Location excellent near multiple Metro and RER lines, restaurants and sights. Breakfast nice. Staff very friendly.

Liked: Fantastic view of Eiffel Tower and right next to large train station with lots of metro options. Sauna was lovely to use, staff were very helpful overall too

Perfect, Parfait, Perfecto ♥️♥️

Liked: 1: staff, lovely friendly, helpful staff. 2: location, you can use public transport but we walked everywhere. Lucky the weather was stunning. Feb/march. We were blessed. Walking distance from all attractions. Wear decent trainers!!3: Rooms are perfect, compact but exactly what we needed. Beautiful shower room. 4: Back to staff…. Susanna, Ingrid & I’m so sorry but I didn’t get the name of the night manager? Very patient with our lack of French. You made our stay above 4*

Cote hotel with very helpful...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was contacted before the visit with helpful information about restaurants, transfers etc. Rooms were equipped well and the breakfast was good. Very convenient for metro and buses
Disliked: The rooms were on the smaller side, making it hard to have two suitcases

Great stay for a romantic...

Liked: Loved the attention to the client. They managed to get in contact and organize a surprise bouquet of roses for my partner. All at a very reasonable price and of great quality!We also managed to get a free upgrade for a room with a little balcony that we enjoyed very much despite the cold winter weather. The possibility to see the Tour Eiffel (just the higher end) from the balcony was a special effect for the coming back to our room routine.
