Good
Liked: Hot water was out so after the hot springs had to take a very fast cold shower but we stay here a couple times a year and this was our first ever issue

Disappointing
Liked: For the price of the room, was no coffer pot in the room. The room was run down . It was a dive.

Excellent place if you have...
Liked: It's literally across the street to hot pools entrance, on the main road through town so just a short walk to food and entertainment. No fuss, good parking, convenient room layout.friendly staff.

We really liked the location...
Liked: Location close to the hotsprings was the best. A 1 minute walk just across the street

Great place, loved the location!!!
Liked: They had a room on spare moment!
Disliked: The noise, not well insulated! The soaps in the bathroom were cheap and broke with the first use.The shampoo & conditioner were all in one and only one packet for 3 guests, could have used more. Everything else was great!
