Liked: it was in a great location, wonderful staff. Room was clean and perfect size.
Disliked: the only thing I could say is maybe a few more plugins, especially one in the bathroom. Other than that it was great thank you

Just what you'd expect from...

Liked: The location right across from the hot springs was perfect for us to walk over with our kids.

Clean and comfortable, could use...

Liked: Clean, beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The wifi was very slow, basically didn't work at all. There were also no hooks to hang anything anywhere. No places for towels in the bathroom, on doors, etc. Since this is right next to the hot springs it was very surprising there were no hooks at all.

Liked: The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. He came and assisted me. I'm getting ice and was incredibly polite. Location is great right across from hot springs entrance.
Disliked: Probably should be a disclaimer that the last two rooms don't get a parking spot and you're left on your own to find a parking place. Our room was a little tired.It was the last room that they had, and probably one they don't rent often.

Liked: Manager was very friendly and helpful when we needed a lamp and light bulb for the overhead light, and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Bugs in the bathroom, TV didn't work, no shampoo or hair dryer or coffee maker
