Amazing property but front desk...

Liked: It’s a beautiful property
Disliked: Check out experience wasn’t great as I finalised my bill the night before check out as I needed to leave early the next morning but that didn’t workout as I had to prove it to the front desk on the day of check out by showing the bill and transactions on my phone because he wouldn’t believe me.

Liked: Luxurious decor, large room with all the amenities, lovely spa and great location.
Disliked: The shower is very small. No shuttle offered from the train station and with local taxis refusing to take our ski bag it was a challenging walk up a cobblestone hill to get to the hotel from the train station

Liked: Very beautiful hotel with a beautiful Spa. But the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
