Fantastic Llandudno Hotel

Liked: Perfect stay ..room clean and tidy with Absolutely Everything we needed....Leo was fantastic and made us very welcome immediately in Reception and in the very well stocked Bar.All staff were 10/10 .Breakfast was amazing continental and cooked .we'll definitely be back soon Congratulations on a top Hotel and thanks again Leo and all the staff.

Liked: Perfect location. The breakfast was outstanding value for money. All the staff were most friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The shower cubicle was disappointing as the glass didn't completely surround the base causing unnecessary leakage of water onto the bathroom floor. Plaster dust at one corner of the room caused from peeling paint from the ceiling was not cleaned off the sofa when requested.

Excellent location, central for everything....

Liked: Location is excellent. The breakfast was really well cooked & tasty. Staff were friendly & very helpful.
Disliked: Number of stairs to the room, which was advertised as small & was very small.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely and good choice
Disliked: No lift rooms not cleaned properly things left in room from other occupants and window didn't shut so draughty!

Good value excellent breakfast, location...

Liked: Location and parking arrangement good but tight. Staff excellent.
Disliked: Wardrobe old and handle missing. Not safe as it is possible that it could topple over because of force needed to open door. Instructions needed re adjustment of heating.

Perfect spot for a Llandudno...

Liked: Typical seaside hotel. Welcoming, great location and a good breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Kettle with tea / coffee, toiletries, and a hairdryer all in the room. The staff were all very friendly, but special mention to the cleaning lady - joyful soul, with jolly singing on the stairwell!
Disliked: Would’ve liked a firmer mattress, but that’s probably just me!
