Liked: The location was good, view was good. Warm welcome from reception staff.
Disliked: Strange smell downstairs, breakfast was cramped and a bit chaotic. The cooked breakfast wasn’t great, very greasy, cold tea from machine. Bathroom - screen a bit strange but serviceable.

Great stay, would stay again

Liked: Great location, spacious rooms. All staff were great, the breakfast staff were exceptional. We had a sea view room. Theres also a pool table which is free to use.
Disliked: The car park is a little bit tight if you have a bigger car, but this is to be expected in Llandudno due to limited parking available.

Liked: Staff very helpful and polite great breakfast.location great not far from shops beach . Staff really did go up and beyond to help with luggage 10plus for them .
Disliked: Room was very cold on arrival even with the radiator flat out day and night still very cold had to use extra blankets for the bed.
