Great Location First Class Staff

Liked: The staff at the hotel were amazing very friendly helpful and polite they are a credit to the hotel . i had a good size room with a view of the sea and pier . It was very cold out and windy but the heating was on in my room so it was very warm in the room which was excellent as a lot of places don't like having the heating on . The room was clean and the bed was comfy . The hotel has a small car park and was free so great bonus . The hotel is in the perfect location for the town center just a few minutes away .
Disliked: I asked for an early checking and said they would phone when my room was ready but they said it would be chargeable which i agreed when they did phone me to say my room was ready it was only 40 mins to check in and by the time i got there it was only 30 mins to the correct chick in time but still charged me £15 extra . I also did not have any HOT water for the duration of my stay due to heating water problems.if it was not for the excellent staff it could have dampened my weekend but they were lovely . i know faults can happen which i wouldn't mind so much but i think an email from the hotel would of been nice gesture at least . i would still return and stay again as everything else was spot on .

Liked: Bed comfy and room clean although curtain hanging off rail and bathroom a bit scruffy
Disliked: Restaurant had no atmosphere we were not told that we had to order drinks from the bar service was very perfunctory food was tasty but no attention from serving staff

Superb staff, very helpful, caters...

Liked: It is a welcoming place to stay, close to the sea front and shops. Rooms are Comfortable, very comfy nights sleep
Disliked: Some areas of the hotel are in need of repairs and a bit of TLC, there was a hole in the ceiling which was very noticeable in the hallway, wallpaper peeling off the walls, which made it look a tired building.
