Good for a short stop...

Liked: Great location to start a trip in northern Tasmania. Room clean and hit everything that was needed.
Disliked: I had two nights there and on both occasions other travelers just left there, cutlery and dishes in the kitchen, very messy in the morning, and the poor guy from the hostel had to clean it up and put I away. Shame that people are unable to take care of their own matters. The kitchen would need an upgrade and a makeover.

Liked: Dont go there. Really you’ll regret. The whole place was disgusting, used and not washed bedding, kitchen dirty, people there were weird and scary

Superb

Liked: Huge hostel, the facilities are very nice and clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook.The bed was really comfortable and there's plenty of storage in the room.The location is perfect.
Disliked: I had to wait almost one hour for the reception to open, (low season they close from midday to 3 pm) fortunately a guest opened the door for me and other backpackers so we could at least go to the bathroom and wait inside. Also no calls were answered.

Disliked: There was no heating in the lounge and it was cold. No curtain and the panel on the electric heater was locked.Had to go to the room and watch tv through my laptop it was too cold I'm the lounge
