Very poor booking and access - it could have been so much better.

Disliked: I did not like the fact that there was nobody here when l arrived so l could not book in. Room keys were left inside the main hotel door but there was no instructions on how to get through the main hotel door to get the room key. I was only able to do so because another guest let me in, otherwise l would have had to find somewhere else to stay. It would have been very helpful if the door code had been included in the booking confirmation email. The restaurant was also closed. It would have been helpful to have been told that it would not be possible to eat here.

Disliked: I did not like the fact that there was nobody here when l arrived so l could not book in.
