Lovely time overall.

Liked: We loved the location… felt secluded and peaceful but was in close proximity to restaurants, shops and tours. We also had dinner at Cress which was great watching bats fly over the creek and I enjoyed a massage at the spa also. And the house car which was for coming back from dinner in the evening.
Disliked: A bit pricey for the lodge. The decor in there was a bit underwhelming but room was nice and perfect for our short stay. Unflexable cancellation policy at the spa. I had booked a massage for after a jeep tour and it was not feeling great after that… dust in my contacts etc but I was unable to cancel. They said I’d be charged for the full service amount so I basically had to wash my eyes out and drag myself over there anyway. The spa was nice and did have a great massage masseuse that made up for it a bit but definitely didn’t appreciate that there was no flexibility on cancellation.
