Liked: I picked out the room type I wanted online and payed for it in full. I purchased the Royale King suite, for a special occasion. I received a text around 6 pm that stated reservations were only held until 9 PM.I called the hotel and spoke to staff and informed them that I had paid for my room upfront that this was not a reservation. It was already paid for. The girl that answered the phone and spoke with me, said not to worry my room was staying the same. Upon arrival, there were two guys working the desk that gave us a room with two queen size bed instead of one king size room like I had picked. I informed them the room was paid for upfront and then it was not a reservation. They said it didn’t matter. Was very rude and did not seem to care at all about my concerns.Had I not paid for the room upfront I would understand. I have I paid for this room upfront. Feel free to call me 979–5 49–8449 and no I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Not if you’re gonna treat your customers like this.
Disliked: I did not like the attitude or lack of concern for the concierge working at the front desk.

Liked: It looked good although dated. The pool bar and view to the Mississippi
Disliked: The personal were unfriendly and not attentive at all. When we were at the pool bar the bartender was deep in conversation… after waiting awhile we asked if he was open… afterwards he was friendly… same happened in the Casino bar.,, group of staff chatting away two feet from us… had to interrupt them to get service. I left s tip when we paid but upon leaving they didn’t even acknowledge us so I went back and took it. I have never experienced harder pillows ever! Your chin basically touches your chest. I couldn’t use them and had problems sleeping.., checking out the front desk didn’t ask about our stay but I told her… no response.
