Good pool complex and comfortable...

Liked: Fabulous views and a good position in the middle of the strip. Nice pools and it was very quiet, so great to unwind and relax after work.
Disliked: As with most Vegas properties, it is sprawling and it took a little time to navigate around, get the correct lift bank, exit the hotel etc. Also, at this price, I would have expected to have had a coffee machine in my room.

Passable

Liked: Liked resort facilities and decor, some staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed, hard pillows, no housekeeping one day and then not even next day until we asked them to do it.

Terrible experience

Disliked: I booked a room with city view at Hilton. On arrival at the front desk we were informed that they are fully booked although I had made a NON REFUNDABLE reservation with them months ago and they would give us an upgrade to the conrad hotel which is an older one and it was a dirty room without view and older facilities. Also while we were trying to sleep at 1am the housekeeping manager knocked our door, I answered give me a minute while I was trying to get dressed and she tried to enter the room with her card. Good thing I had the lock on. I travel a lot and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel and a “5-star” one.
