Liked: Great value for money for a hotel in Polanco. Amazing staff and service. This was my second stay at this hotel - the breakfast has improved since 2023 and I would definitely recommend booking your stay with breakfast
Disliked: The fridge in the room was a bit noisy

An amazing stay in Polanco

Liked: An amazing hotel - very clean fresh comfortable rooms located in Polanco. A lot of space in the room, two TVs, a small kitchen. There is also SPA with sauna and gym. The breakfast was included with a good variety of food available. Special thanks to Daniel - he helped with multiple things and showed a great hospitality.

Liked: Daniel was great and always help. He went the extra mile every day. Thank to him everyday was better. I truly hope he gets an increase in salary because he deserves it.
Disliked: The staff is uncompromising with the exception of Daniel. We traveled with a service animal and was immediately made to feel uncomfortable. This was surprising, especially because I called ahead to check on their concerns and if they needed any additional paper work and was told they did not. Upon checking in we were given a long list of does and don't for a pet. We were stressed the entire time when in our room. We had to take breakfast back to our room because they made us so uncomfortable on day one.

Good location but earplugs needed!

Disliked: It is very noisy. There is noise from the roads, guests on balcony’s, inside the hotel and the sounds of toilets and showers. Coffee is often served cold at breakfast
