Liked: Daniel was great and always help. He went the extra mile every day. Thank to him everyday was better. I truly hope he gets an increase in salary because he deserves it.
Disliked: The staff is uncompromising with the exception of Daniel. We traveled with a service animal and was immediately made to feel uncomfortable. This was surprising, especially because I called ahead to check on their concerns and if they needed any additional paper work and was told they did not. Upon checking in we were given a long list of does and don't for a pet. We were stressed the entire time when in our room. We had to take breakfast back to our room because they made us so uncomfortable on day one.

Good location but earplugs needed!

Liked: Great location, nice breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: It is very noisy. There is noise from the roads, guests on balcony’s, inside the hotel and the sounds of toilets and showers. Coffee is often served cold at breakfast

Loved everything about it !

Liked: Everything - room was great, with great space (and we were 3!), very clean ! Breakfast was really good - many options ! Location couldn’t be better - close to the best area of Polanco with great restaurants and shops. And the staff was the best of the hotel !
Disliked: Nothing - I liked everything

Exceptional

Exceptional accomodation and region.

Liked: Best accomodation on our two week holiday in Mexico. Perfect central location to Museum, Turibus and other key tourist sites of significance. Nice quite neighbourhood, friendly and inviting.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
