This stay was better than...

Liked: This hotel was incredible from my booking request to the way my sister & I were greeted upon arrival. The staff went out of their way like I've never seen!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was VERY clean and I'm picky about that. The facility was secure, clean and the location was perfect. We arrived after a long day at Sea world and were exhausted and hungry. The restaurant was closed but they gave me great tips on where to get a good pizza close to 10pm and it was delivered within 20 minutes on a Friday night. As a business owner I'm impressed with how we were made to feel very welcomed and appreciated! WELL DONE HILTON! From booking to valet to check-in, to arrival to our room, our stay and check out...EVERYTHING EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and we look forward to staying with you any time we have a chance!
Disliked: That I didn't check in sooner to enjoy the hotel more lol..

Disliked: I paid good money for a room to have a view of a parking garage asked for a later check out time and was denied due to a future convention and was charged tax on a flat rated parking

Liked: The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. I loved it.
Disliked: I didn’t like that check out was at 10 am and when I called down to extend it to 11 am (like the traditional check out time) the couldn’t accommodate me because they were already booked for all the late check outs.
