Disappointed

Liked: Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff
Disliked: The shower was cold. Both our room shower and our friends shower in another room.The worst part, from 8.30am, there was very loud constant banging and building works going on, which we hadn't been informed of. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had have been informed prior to booking.

Very good

Liked: Perfect location, comfortable bed and pillows. The room is big enough, as described.
Disliked: Breakfast could be better: warm dishes were almost cold, and when empty, you had to wait for the refill very long, because only one person was responsible for the service. The coffee machine is hard to operate - please leave the written instructions. No lactose-free products.

Terrific location and staff. Easy...

Liked: Location, decor, room size and staff. Our twin bed room had been updated which was nice although noted not all guest rooms had been.
Disliked: Noise from indoor central patio reverberated through to guest rooms from 6am when they started setting up for 7am breakfast. Chairs scraping, cutlery, coffee machine, chatter - could hear everything. Including footsteps from room above. Recommend requesting high floor not facing the indoor patio.

Liked: The breakfast area was a little bit cool to sit in. The reception staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There was a fire exit green sign permanently illuminated in the room over the door which was distracting.

Great stay

Liked: Very good breakfast. Clean and warm rooms. Central location. Welcoming and helpful staff. We appreciated the freebies given for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location, great stay!

Liked: Location was amazing. Room was modern and comfortable. Room cleaned every day. Safe in room. Plenty storage and plenty hanging space with enough hangers. Lots of plug outlets and at both bedside tables. Lots of toiletries provided including a pack of toothbrushes. Staff were all very pleasant. Couldn't fault it. We didn't have breakfast so can't provide comment on that. Definitely would stay again
