Great stay in a Hotel...

Liked: Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Room facilities very good and cleaned daily. The location of the Hotel is excellent for sightseeing, Bars/Restaurants/Cafes and 15 minutes walk to the bus station.
Disliked: Not Applicable

Brilliant location, great responsive staff...

Liked: The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was really central so perfect for being a tourist. The room was on the street and so it did get noisy at night but when I mentioned this at reception, they gave me some ear plugs which sorted it out.
Disliked: There was a funny smell in the bathroom - maybe because there was no ventilation? We opened the windows to air it out when we were in the room.

Disliked: Breakfast on second day was limited, we put this down to lack of staff, and was disappointing in choice

Exceptional

Liked: Fabulous traditional building and beautiful modern rooms. Central location with allocated parking nearby. Great breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.
Disliked: Slightly scary narrow approach roads.

HMMMM!

Liked: Comfortable place to stay. Friendly breakfast waitress.
Disliked: The greeting by the reception staff was very poor, the 2 receptionists talked to each other throughout the whole check in process which was quite rude. We were not made to feel welcome.

Great central hotel, great value.

Liked: Great location, a real characterful hotel right in the heart of the city. Really helpful staff. Great breakfast, loads of choice.
Disliked: There wasn't anything.

Liked: Very good accommodation, clean, tidy and excellent staff, well worth a visit.
Disliked: Everything was fine, not sure I would change anything.

Superb

Lovely hotel in Sevilla, lovely...

Liked: The staff at reception were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable, having a good selection, but I would have liked that the food would have been hotter. The hotel is at the centre of Sevilla and very close to bars, restaurants and many touristic sites. Would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The central position was great for many of the tourist destinations. There were good restaurants and shops all within the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were very good, they were helpful. The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: We felt there were better rooms within the establishment. Our room was of good size and kept very clean. However, it was on the ground floor, it had no window openings, it felt slightly damp and musty upon entering. We were hoping for a better room than this, and we didn't ask for one but we think they're was better to be had. Also the room was below the shower/ bathing facilities of the flat above and running water was particularly noisy in the morning. Good hotel, average room on this occasion. Pity.
