Disliked: Whilst we knew that the pools were closed - no mention of the work being done in the grounds - which was very noisy and there were very few places within the grounds to sit and relax.

Liked: The location of the hotel, it's by the beach.The building it self is nice and clean.
Disliked: The service was not great at this hotel. Given that it's a 5 star, I would expect more attention to their guests. Upon arrival I requested an early check in but they said they don't have any rooms available, I doubt such a big building didn't have a room available and also the hotel didn't look very busy. On the other hand, the waiter at the terrasse serving was not pleasant. The second day between 10 & 13.00, wanted to have something light to eat, and they said they don't serve anything at this time other than coffee and croissant. I was surprised again a 5 star can't accommodate food for their guests in these times and you have to wait till the restaurant opens at 13.00. They have a nice spa, but they do charge hotel guest a fee for it. It was 25€. I think for a 5 star, the spa should be free. Anyways, paying for the spa was not a big deal as the staff their were nice.
