Disliked: Receptionist had lack of customer service and messed up our reservation. Over charged room stay by 8x the regular price. Regular price was in the $100 range and I was charged $900+ Not once did she apologize on her behalf of her mistake. Fire alarms went off at 7am. Hotel lights hardly work and are very dim inside. I highly do not recommend staying here.

Liked: Room good for working. Bed was comfortable and seems some what new. Breakfast was simple and quick. The front desk staff were great and very friendly.
Disliked: No Vending/ice on each floor :(

Liked: Hotel Location was good. I got the room at the ground floor as requested
Disliked: Breakfast was not good ...very limited options with lower than avg quality. The bed/bedsheets were not cleaned and smelling with the Balm / ointment used by previous customers. When requested for the room cleaning , I was told that cleaning service is provided only twice in a week and since I was staying there for only 2 nights , it wont be provided. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom/restroom . When complained about it , I was told that the facility is old and it is not designed to have any exhaust fans , none of the rooms have exhaust fans. I was charged for the parking for 2 nights which wasnt clearly communicated to me .
