Liked: Location of the hotel is good, close to airport and highway.
Disliked: Hotel said they lost my reservation despite sending me reminder email about my stay with them 3 days prior. It took them a while to find me alternative room and it was smaller, dirtier with barely functional kitchenette with one fork and three chipped plates. The room had a horrible smell and one corner smelled like urine, although there was no visible stain. I have been staying in this hotel for several years every time I have work trip to Bay Area and this is the the worst it has ever been. If all the other hotels weren’t completely booked because of the large conference in the area I would not accept staying here.

Liked: I really didn’t like nothing about this property maybe just the location
Disliked: I didn’t like how I stayed for a total of 5 days and my room wasn’t cleaned not one time, when checking in I was asked what day did I want service I said Saturday but it was never cleaned and when I called and asked why the front desk told me oh maybe they forgot which didn’t make sense at all, my room key didn’t work that well I had to keep trying for about 5 minutes before the door would open up, even when I got new keys I still had to try for a long time before the door would open.

Disliked: The water from the sink tasted terrible (not the hotel's fault), but the vending machine for water was out of order. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. They charged $14 for a parking pass. They charged our card for $215 (the booking.com final price) but also a second charge for $365. When I inquired about this they said it was a security deposit that will drop off. The security deposit is only $150. They charged our card a whole night plus $150 as a security deposit. They didn't provide a wifi password upon checking in. They never told us about the complimentary breakfast. The first time we stayed here was a couple years ago and it was great. This time, not so much.
