Comfy and Clean

Liked: We loved how nice the staff was, the clean spacious room and the breakfast!
Disliked: The pool wasn’t what we were expecting and I wish they had a hot tub lol

Liked: Most of it was very good. There were a few things we didn't care for. Egg scramble mix was amazing and waffles good as well as drink options
Disliked: Warmer pool water, was messy in halls when we left. Better sofa bed is needed.

For a ND Football weekend,...

Liked: Nice proximity to ND, as we were here for FB game. Nice touch with FB snacks, popcorn, and cookies.Good value for the priceBreakfast selection was quite good and dining area cleanFront desk employees were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The room we were checked in to, had not been cleaned. There was a do not disturb sign on the door when we entered, so I suspect the previous person forgot to remove it and housekeeping overlooked cleaning this room.When brought to attention of front desk, employee promptly apologized and reassigned us to a different room which was in excellent condition. Was very well handled

Building needs updated badly, equipment...

Liked: Staff was great! Shower products were surprisingly good. Breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: Damages poorly hidden, old and outdated everywhere, tub didn’t drain well, conditioner was out, could smell pot being smoked often when we walked down the hall, WAY too much chlorine in the pool, they ran out of blankets so could provide no extras, mattress was terrible, sheets and blankets scratchy, elevator was sketchy, and room numbers were ridiculous (we had three rooms and one was on the complete opposite side of the bldg because it was even numbered and the other two rooms were odd numbers), ice machine did not work.
