Liked: Everything about the hotel . The staff was awesome and the rooms were great.
Disliked: Nothing everything was fine.

Okay place to stay

Liked: Convenient location to the Expo Center. Breakfast had a lot of options and they have security in the parking area which was important for us as we were there for Truck Mania and needed to know that our investments were protected; other hotels in the area do not offer security, this was our main reason for booking at this location and that we stay at the Larkspur in Folsom.
Disliked: We booked here as we often stay at the Larkspur in Folsom; this Larkspur is in need of a major remodel and a deep cleaning. We actually went to Target and bought pillows and bedding for the sofa-bed as the one in our room looked as if someone had been murdered on it. Needless to say, the sofa-bed did not get used. The room was very outdated and the carpet was stained, not the end of the world, but for what we paid for these rooms...c'mon, put some of that money back into the place. Side note, our group had (6) rooms and all but (1) was in need of a remodel, so they may be working on the rooms. Having a building inspector and a couple of contractors with us though, we learned how much work these rooms need to bring them into compliance, so that may be a deterring factor, after all, CA isn't the easiest place to work with or in.

Superb

Liked: The location was excellent and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and considerate. The kitchen in the room was an excellent idea. Actually loved having the kitchen, stove, and sink.
Disliked: The only thing was the shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Was not working properly. Tiny amount of product dispensed and it was a little frustrating. Other than that no complaints.
