Liked: We had a great experience in the hotel; the service was great; everyone was so friendly; the room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable; this definitely a five star stay.

I would stay again when...

Liked: The cleanliness of the room was excellent, especially considering the hotel is not new! In person, the hotel looks much better than in the photos. I stayed in a studio, which was more spacious than rooms in other hotels. The bed was comfortable, and I didn’t hear any noise from outside, so I slept soundly and woke up feeling well-rested. The staff were nice and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. A check-out time before 12 PM is a real bonus! I would definitely return to this hotel when I’m in town.
Disliked: I would not depend on breakfast at the hotel if you like something hot like sausages or scrambled eggs. It is a cold breakfast, but you can have banana and string cheese as a snack!

Liked: Spacious, clean rooms with kitchens.
Disliked: Style is dated and the mattresses were hard.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly , room was clean.
Disliked: The bed me and my wife slept in was like sleeping on to separate hills and you kept rolling to middle of bed. The middle of bed was sunken in. Room 314 needs a new bed.

Disliked: Loud, fleas in the room, uncomfortable bed. We were so uncomfortable we were actually happy to have to leave early. family emergency. No offer to discount even part of the night we couldn't stay. And paying for parking is ludicrous.

Disliked: Wasn't thrilled with the free breakfast that was offered. Ended up going out to breakfast and spend more money.I just feel that after spending $252.00 for one night, the breakfast could have been better.
